ORDER PROCESS
We offer a SECURE SERVER for your credit card processing. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit cards are processed just
prior to the time we ship. We also accept personal checks and cashiers
checks from mail or phone orders. You may call us at 1.888.642.2226 to
place a phone order, if we are out, please leave a voice mail message
and we will return your call promptly. Don't forget to tell us where you
are calling from so we can allow for time zone changes!
SHIPPING
In order to keep shipping costs down - we ship factory direct.
We work closely with the manufactures to insure timely delivery and list
where possible the estimated delivery time to your door. ET&T Distributors is
not responsible for any changes in the estimated arrival of the items.
Shop early to assure timely arrival. In the event of a late delivery,
print a picture of the item from our site and put it in a nice card and
tell the person the gift is on its way!
We currently offer ground shipping on our website, if special shipping
time is requested, please contact us at 1.888.642.2226 9 AM to 5 PM
Eastern time, Monday to Friday and we will work to arrange special
expedited shipping after quoting the increased shipping costs.
We use commercial truck lines for shipping our large items which are too
large for UPS/Fed Ex handling.
Commercial truck line deliver what is referred to as "Curb side
delivery" - if you require additional services in delivery such as
inside delivery or lift gate service, there will be an extra charge for
these services. Lift Gate Fees average $45 and inside delivery depends
on where they have to delivery and are at your responsibility.
Shipping is charged based on weight & size of item on shipments to
addresses in the 48 Continental United States. Please call for shipping
costs to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Canada: We are able to ship
many of our items to Canada, if interested in Canadian shipping - please
email us what items and what province and we will respond with shipping
costs prior to processing any orders. All items are shipped insured. If
damage is done in shipping, please report to us within 48 hours as we
need to contact shipper to file damage claim forms. Replacement of
damaged parts or pieces will gladly be sent to you at no cost.
TAX INFORMATION
ET&T Distributors is required to collect sales taxes for shipments in Florida
and some select states.. It is up to you if your order is shipped to
other than Florida to comply with applicable sales tax in your state, as
we do not collect or file sales taxes except for Florida.
Our Return Policies
Damage in Shipping:
Please notify us immediately if an item is damaged. We will arrange to
have damaged item returned and replacement of the item you purchased
shipped to you. Please report the damage within 48 hours to our Customer
Service Department 1.888.642.2226 so that we may notify the shipping
company of the damage and file the necessary damage claims.
Returns
We offer a 7 day return policy on Resin pieces only. There are
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on custom Aluminum Pieces.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, call our Customer Service at 1.888.642.2226 or email us at etoung@bellsouth.net within
7 business days for a return approval and shipping instructions. We ship
factory direct so returns will be to the Factory address provided in the
return instruction. ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RE4STOCKING
FEE AS WELL AS ORIGINAL FREIGHT AMOUNT AND RETURN FREIGHT. NO RETURN
WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS WELL AS INITS NEW
CONDITION. THESE RETURN TERMS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Customers are responsible for returning the item in the original
packaging and in saleable condition. Please properly package and insure
the item so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs
during return shipping. Claims can not be made on items not properly and
securely packaged.
Customized and Custom Made items can not be returned.
Credit will be issued when we receive notification that the item has
been received in good condition at the factory typically in 4-6 weeks.
DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION - IT WILL BE REFUSED AND NO CREDIT
ISSUED.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your credit card purchase will be processed when we confirm your freight
amount and complete your purchase.
• All custom merchandise ordered is non-cancelable and non-returnable.
To return stock merchandise, you are required to pay a 25% restocking
fee, original shipping & handling fee and the new shipping fee.
Authorization from ET&T Distributors, Patio Furniture Suppliers is required before returning
merchandise for credit.
• All orders will be scheduled to ship as soon as possible (ASAP) unless
otherwise requested by the customer. Requests to change delivery
schedules must be made in writing seven days prior to scheduled
shipment. Costs due to changes of the delivery schedule will be advised
in advance and billed to the purchaser.
• ET&T Distributors, Patio Furniture Suppliers does not guarantee any delivery dates. Any
consequential or other expenses due to delays are the responsibility of
the purchaser.
• Title to all merchandise shipped transfers to the purchaser when
accepted by the carrier. Any damage in shipment must be noted in writing
on the delivery receipt and supplied to ET&T Distributors, Patio Furniture Suppliers not later than
three days after receipt. It is suggested to write "Accepted subject to
later recount and inspection for hidden damage" on the shipping receipt.
• Warranties are provided by the manufacturer to the purchaser and are
subject to their terms and conditions. ET&T Distributors, Patio Furniture Suppliers does not extend
either implied or any additional warranty for merchandise sold.
• ET&T Distributors, Patio Furniture Suppliers is held harmless against all claims of liability
resulting from the use of merchandise purchased.
• Set-up, assembly, and/or installation are not included in the purchase
of any merchandise sold by ET&T Distributors, Patio Furniture Suppliers Receiving the merchandise
is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• Orders shipped to Florida addresses will be charged a 7% sales tax
unless you send us proof of your tax exempt status
